Why I Practice Compassionate Inquiry
As an emergency medicine physician, I mastered the art of saving lives; with Compassionate Inquiry, I am helping people reclaim them.
Years spent working in some of the busiest emergency departments in the world-where the fragile balance and wild energy between life and death are ever present-showed me the undeniable reality and ramifications that trauma has on the body.
They also revealed a deeper truth: that our most persistent suffering often lives in the stories and sensations we carry long after the physical wounds have healed.
I began this work because I believe that true health isn’t just the absence of disease—it is the presence of connection to your authentic self.
By combining my clinical understanding of the human body with a somatic, heart-centered approach, I help you move past survival mode and into a life of genuine freedom.
